❤️ Bought tickets for The Illustionists at the Princess of Wales Theatre and was looking for a place nearby for a pre-show dinner. I’m so glad we found this amazing new restaurant that’s just a 5-min walk. Kost is on the 44th floor of the newly-opened Bisha Hotel. The hotel lobby is stylishly decorated in black & white. Everyone we encountered was pleasant & attentive.

❤️ Our table has a beautiful view of the CN Tower and was next to their rooftop infinity pool (closed for the season tho). Everything we had was fresh & delicious.

❤️ This dish in the picture may look ordinary, but it is the best fried calamari I’ve ever had. The outside batter is extremely crispy & the calamari inside is soft yet not mushy. I love that it was cut in big chunks, not the usual long pieces. It’s a must try!

. 🍴 Fried Calamari ($15) avocado crema & lime 🍹 Oaxaca Mule cocktail ($16) jaral de berrio mezcal, fresh lime juice, cinnamon syrup, angostura bitters and ginger beer

❤️ Apart from the gorgeous view, I was really impressed by the freshness of the ingredients & the excellent choice of dressings. Freshness is really important especially when it comes to seafood! These shrimps are really fresh & cooked to perfection, I would definitely order it again! I love the tuna ceviche too, so refreshing!

. 🍴 Charcoal Roasted Guajillo Shrimp ($19) sikil pak, chorizo and pepitas 🍴 Tuna Ceviche ($18) aguachile, watermelon, avocado and tostada

❤️ Do not judge a fish by its head! It may look scary but it’s absolutely delish. Our server actually warned us & gave us an option. I was curious so I said yes. What about you? Would you order it with the head? Yes or No?

. 🍴 Whole Branzino ($35) grilled over charcoal with mojo verde, caper berry and Baja olive oil 🍴Short Ribs Barbacoa Tacos ($35) chimichurri, shaved red onion, baby gem and fried shallots

❤️ I go nuts when I see coconuts! If you also love coconuts, you must try this Panna Cotta! The toasted coconut is extremely crunchy & the coconut tuilles are to die for! Plus a perfect combination of the fresh fruit & the sherbet! I was smiling when I was eating this, it’s that good! Their Salted Dulce Swirl ice cream ($4) is also very yummy! 🍰 Coconut Panna Cotta ($10) fresh passion fruit, mango, kiwi, pineapple, coconut tuilles, toasted coconut, coconut lime sorbet

❤️ This dessert deserves to be displayed in an art gallery. Look at how thinly sliced the pineapple chip is! And it is super crispy! I love pineapple, I am the kind of person who would order pizza covered with pineapple. Yet I have never had pineapple this delicious before! If pineapple is your thing, you’ll have to try this! Just wondering, who else likes pineapple on pizza like me?

. 🍰 Pineapple Upside Down Cake ($10) rum anglaise, sour cream ice cream, pineapple chips
